High Volume Orders

For high volume orders weighing over 5kg, shipping costs may need to be calculated separately. We will contact you via email or private message after your order has been placed to confirm the applicable shipping cost.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Local Pickup

If you would prefer to collect your order from one of our local markets use the Pick up option in check out. Note that your order will only be available for Pick up on Wednesday at the desired location within the time specified.

United States Tariff

Applicable duties and import taxes for orders shipped to the United States are calculated at checkout where available. These charges are based on factors including the product's classification, country of origin and destination. Customers are responsible for applicable duties and import taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or otherwise has an issue, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, as appropriate.
